Services Rendered
Portraits
$200/hour
60-minute session (time starts when we start shooting; setup and teardown aren't counted)
Longer sessions available.
Color grading and retouching, tailored to your vision
As many shots as we can get in your booked time. If you need specific shots, we'll plan for them.
Dropbox gallery delivered in 1–3 weeks. I'll give you an exact date at the session, so let me know if you need your photos sooner.
Great for artists, small business owners, professionals and creatives, as silly or as polished as you want.
Events Package
$200/hour, 2-hour minimum ($400)
2 hours: $400 · 3 hours: $600 · 4 hours: $800

A planning chat beforehand about your priorities, like performers vs. crowd shots, and what the photos are for
I’ll try to capture everything that cacthes my eye! Usually 100-300 edited shots for a 2 hour event.

I produce and host shows around Austin, including my monthly shows: Anybody But Tony, Try Hard Open Mic & Topic Challenge, Queer Mic and Queer Show.
I can handle lineup, promo, hosting and photo/video in one package.
BOOKING POLICIES
Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit holds your date. Your booking is confirmed once I receive it. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session or event.
Cancellations
Cancel 7 or more days before: your deposit can go toward a new date within 6 months.
Cancel less than 7 days before: the deposit is kept.
Cancel less than 48 hours before: 50% of the total is due.
Rescheduling
Life happens! You can reschedule once for free with at least 48 hours' notice. After that, rescheduling counts as a cancellation.
Running late
Session time starts at your booked time. If you're late, I'll do my best to fit everything in, but the session may end on schedule. If I'm ever late, you get that time back, free.
Weather (outdoor shoots)
If the weather isn't safe or workable, we'll reschedule for free.
Travel
Travel within the Austin area is included. Outside Austin, travel is $0.70 per mile round trip, or quoted per trip for anything overnight.
Photo & video use
You're free to use your photos and videos for personal use, social media and promotion. Please tag @mounteverett_photography when you post! I may share select images in my portfolio and on social media. If you'd like your session kept private, just let me know when you book.
Comedy sets
Set length, content rating (clean, PG-13 or anything goes), and any themes are agreed on when you book, so there are no surprises for your audience.
